The Healthcare Clinic Administrator is vital in driving operational excellence, mentoring our supervisors and staff, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of practice management. This position oversees Salud Medical Center and Pacific Pediatrics, two clinics located less than half a mile apart. Position Highlights
- Salary: $112,589-$174,514 DOE.
- $11,000.00 in bonuses:
- At Hire: $3,300.00
- At 6 months: $4,400.00
- At 12 months: $3,300.00
- Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE).
- Relocation allowance available.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple service line clinics (medical, dental, pharmacy) with 45 to 100 FTEs, 25,000 to 65,000 encounters, and an expense budget of $7-16 million.
- Supervise, mentor, and train direct report staff, conducting continuous performance management and employee evaluations.
- Support staff growth and development while encouraging educational opportunities and incorporating job-related training.
- Recruit and select staff, providing comprehensive orientation on job requirements and policies.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives.
- Oversee daily operations of Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Providers and staff.
- Manage front office and clinic supervisors, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize clinical operations based on best practices of patient-centered care.
- Ensure high standards of practice management through standardized policies and protocols.
- Manage quality metrics in alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement YVFWC initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable program requirements.
- Enhance patient experience and satisfaction across all service lines.
- Develop annual encounter budgets and manage financial variances effectively.
- Leverage local community networks to enhance service delivery and fulfill community needs.
- Recommend service adjustments based on community needs and organizational capacity.
- Drive operational improvements and lead continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Familiarity with Oregon State Basic Health Plans is preferred.
- Understanding of Community and Migrant Health Centers and primary healthcare services.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Epic or similar patient information systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of medical and dental operations is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are preferred.
