Role Overview

Alpine Clean Co. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter / Janitorial Technicians to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional healthcare environment in Victorville, CA.

This role is responsible for supporting daily cleaning and sanitation needs in a medical facility, helping ensure a safe and comfortable space for patients, staff, and visitors throughout the day.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and understands the importance of sanitation in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine sanitation and disinfection of high-touch surfaces
• Clean and maintain restrooms, waiting areas, and staff spaces
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Restock paper products, soap, and sanitation supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Respond to spills and cleaning needs during the day
• Follow proper infection control and sanitation procedures
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to safety standards
• Report supply shortages or facility issues to supervisors
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, porter, or cleaning experience preferred
• Experience in medical or commercial facilities is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to pass a background check if required
