We are looking for an Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist to join our QuickSTAT team. This role ensures that import consignments entering or transiting through the U.S. meet client requirements and comply with all company and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and airline carriers to deliver time-critical shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
How you create impact
- Prepare Import consignments for entering the US or transiting through the US ensuring all consignments arrive / transit in US in accordance with the client’s requirements.
- Handle and monitor all QuickSTAT and Sterling Aviation consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Work collaboratively with both internal departments and airline carriers to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- General and quality check of Import documents based on US Customs and HS codes – Import License and Permits.
- Monitor live consignments and completing the data entry of key milestone information on our in-house systems (Arrive – Customs Cleared and Status).
- Shared responsibility for the overview of the department mailbox to include the receipt of new bookings and internal inquiries.
- Schedule suitable vehicles for airline deliveries.
- Keep the management team advised of potential and confirmed issues as they arise.
- Deal with telephone inquiries from both internal and external departments accurately and efficiently.
- Report to Air Logistics Healthcare Manager.
- In this role you will work from Monday to Sunday (Friday and Saturday off) on the 2pm to 10pm shift.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in biopharmaceutical courier operations and time-critical imports.
- Understanding of airfreight carriers, transit milestones, and temperature-controlled packaging.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
