About The Role
This is a dual-mandate, hunter-first role. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting hospitals, health systems, and clinics to close — while overseeing our offshore staffing delivery team to ensure quality fulfilment. You''re not just a salesperson; you''re a healthcare staffing SME who can bring in business and see it through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively prospect and close new clients: hospitals, health systems, clinics, and managed care organizations
- Own the full sales cycle — lead gen, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Sell across nursing, allied health, clinical, and healthcare IT staffing verticals
- Manage and guide offshore delivery team on fulfillment quality and speed-to-fill
- Serve as SME on healthcare staffing trends, compliance, and regulations
- Build long-term strategic client partnerships and grow accounts
- Represent V2Soft at industry events and conferences nationwide
What We''re Looking For
- 7+ years in healthcare staffing sales or business development — required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or IDNs
- Prior experience managing offshore or remote delivery teams — preferred
- Deep knowledge of nursing, allied health, and clinical staffing
- Familiarity with credentialing, Joint Commission, and CMS compliance
- Open to nationwide travel | Michigan-based preferred
