We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network IT Specialist to join our team, providing critical support to ensure optimal performance and security of our IT infrastructure in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, server management, and technical support within a clinical or medical group setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize our on-premises server room, including the configuration and troubleshooting of Dell Servers and Cisco Switches.
- EMR & PM Support: Serve as the technical lead for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Advanced Premiere Practice Management (PM) software, ensuring high system uptime and functionality.
- Network Security: Manage firewalls, VLANs, and ensure secure connectivity across multiple clinical sites while ensuring HIPAA compliance and 100% uptime.
- Systems Administration: Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user permissions to maintain secure data access and prevent unauthorized access.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular “rack and stack” duties, cable management, and hardware upgrades to keep the server room running smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex networking issues, particularly those that impact patient care or billing workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Configure and support computer networking devices, ensuring secure connections across healthcare facilities while adhering to strict data privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5+ years in IT systems or network administration, ideally within a healthcare or medical group environment.
- Networking: Proven proficiency with Cisco networking hardware (routing, switching, and security protocols).
- Hardware: Hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge servers and storage solutions.
- Environment: Strong knowledge of on-premises server room environments, including cooling systems, UPS systems, and physical security.
- Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, MCSA, or other relevant industry certifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
