Cardiac Cath Lab RN - 13 Week Contract |

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath LabRegistered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment supporting ahigh-acuity cardiac catheterization lab. This role involves assisting with diagnosticand interventional cardiac procedures, providing post-procedure recoverycare, and supporting urgent and emergent cases, including STEMI coverage.

The Cath Lab RN works collaboratively with physicians,technologists, and nursing staff to deliver safe, efficient, andpatient-centered cardiovascular care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures and provide post-catheterization recovery care
• Administer medications and respond to patient condition changes
• Collaborate with Cath Lab technologists and nursing staff for STEMI and urgent/emergent cases
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to function in high-acuity situations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Certifications

• RCIS / CI certification (CCI registry) preferred
• ACLS (include only if required by facility)

• Schedule: 4×10 Day Shifts
• On-call requirements may apply for STEMI and urgent cases (clarify during screening)
