LPN/RN Home Healthcare - 8-12 hrs. shifts School Case

Scheduling needs

• Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30am to 3:00pm and Saturdays 9am to 9pm (family is flexible regarding start/end time of the Sat. shift)

NURSE TO ATTEND SCHOOL ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with treatments.
• Conduct physical examinations and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and observations.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) to update patient information and track treatment progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and other safety standards.
• Monitor and report patient progress, including any changes or concerns.

Experience

• A current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience working in home healthcare settings.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Experience with gtube/trach/vent highly preferred
• Experience with homecare highly preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $41.00 - $50.00 per hour
